Palace Casino Resort Earns 2015 TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence
May 20, 2015 — Palace Casino Resort today announced that it has received five TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence awards. The resort is a top performer in five areas: Palace Casino Resort Hotel, Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood, Palace Buffet, Palace Casino Resort Attraction and STACKED Grill, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site.
Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood fine dining restaurant is currently ranked the number one restaurant on the Gulf Coast. Palace Casino Resort has three restaurants ranked in the top ten on the Gulf Coast, out of 196 restaurants listed.
The accolade which recognizes hospitality excellence is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
