Our Commitment to Accessibility
Palace Casino Resort is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests. Providing the highest standard of service accessibility to guests with disabilities is one of our primary goals.
Our resort was designed to be accessible and available to all and offers a wide range of accessible accommodations to meet the needs of our guests. We have worked with builders to create a resort that not only complies with applicable law, but also strives to provide accessibility and comfort for all patrons. Resort access, parking, signage, services, hotel rooms, restrooms and amenities are designed to comply with the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as other federal, state and local laws relating to persons with disabilities.
The casino, hotel, restaurants and resort amenities are accessible to all guests. In some cases, however, guests may need the assistance of a member of their party to fully utilize these areas. Therefore, we recommend that guests plan to visit with someone who can physically assist them, when necessary.
We seek to ensure that all guests with disabilities can make a reservation and have access to the information on this website. Guests who experience any difficulties in using this website should call us at 1-800-725-2239 or email Accessibility@PalaceCasinoResort.com. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and overall accessibility policies. Although we do not control other vendors, we will encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.
Accessibility
This information page has been created to explain accessibility standards for our guests. The following information details structure and services for individuals with disabilities.
Through every interaction, Palace Casino Resort strives to ensure those with disabilities receive the specialized service and access they require to accommodate their specific needs.
Palace employees will offer reasonable assistance to a customer with a disability, or permit that assistance be provided by a support person accompanying the customer. When a guest accepts assistance from an employee, assistance will be provided to the satisfaction of the guest and at minimal risk.
All employees are aware of accessibility options within the facility, and will seek guidance from their immediate Supervisor if there are any questions or concerns they are unable to address.

Some areas have narrow paths or queues formed by railings which may be difficult for guests using wheelchairs. At counter-service locations, we suggest that a member of the party order and transport the food or contact a host or hostess for assistance. Each of our employees are happy to assist you, so please do not hesitate to request assistance.
Service Animals
ADA recognized Service Animals are permitted in the casino and hotel. If you are traveling with a service animal, please call the Hotel to notify them in advance. All service animals must stay with the guest at all times and may not be left in the room. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. In restaurants, it is especially important that service animals remain out of the way of other diners. They may not be fed in the restaurant.
