The primary job responsibilities of a skilled Nail tech involves performing professional nail, foot, and hand treatments while providing superior guest service. Must also adhere to all cleanliness guidelines set forth by Pure Spa management, and continuously learn and develop new and better skills through ongoing training programs. This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience and any certifications and licenses required by the state. A strong candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be willing to interact with a wide range of clients on a daily basis. Must be 21 years of age, able to stand for (8) consecutive hours, and able to work flexible hours.
Nail Care Services:
Performing manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, shaping, and polishing nails.
Applying nail polish, gel polish, and or gel enhancements.
Providing nail art and decorative services.
Client Interaction:
Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Recommending appropriate nail care treatments and products.
Providing excellent customer service and creating a relaxing environment.
Hygiene and Sanitation:
Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace and tools.
Following strict hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of infection.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques.
